Plan a full day to shop for plants and gardening accessories, as you may want to take advantage of their two farm-to-table dining areas or stop to cool off at their bar. Bringing the kids? Plant World of Beauregard

Plant World of Beauregard opened in 1985, and though it closed for three years, it reopened in 2020 to reclaim its reputation as one of the best tree nurseries in the area. Originally opened by an Auburn professor and his wife, it’s now operated by the Auburn University Director of Accessibility and his wife, a dentist. The nursery still offers a wide array of perennial plants, fruit, shade trees, and vegetables, making the planting store and nursery notable for its breadth of inventory alone.
