First car we signed for would not start when start, thank God we had to come next day. Second car, which was an seemed as tge only comparable option was more, monthly payment, less warranty duration, and now more insurance. Jon wasn't present for the second car signing, he was busy. Yes we could have walked away, and because that option still lingers is the reason for my review

Bought a used car yesterday and the service was immaculate. Had an appointment with Airion and he was very helpful and did a great job in terms of service and answering all my questions. I got the car I wanted at the price I wanted with none of the 'dealer' behavior normal car buyers hate to deal with. Also I got there at 9:30am and left the dealership around 11:30am so big kudos for not taking forever to get me out the door and was genuinely one of the best car buying experiences I've had in years. Jon Karastury was a wonderful finance representative who took care of me. What truly won me to shop here was the sales professional, Chris Roysdon. Every step of the way he was honest, straight forward, and made sure to take care of me through the process. If you have him as a rep for your purchase process he will look out for you. Especially if you have any military background.
Communication with Joon was excellent, and his responses were incredibly fast. As a business owner, I couldn't afford to spend hours waiting around at the dealership. Fortunately, he handled the process so smoothly that I was able to complete the purchase with just a single visit to the store. On top of that, he delivered the car directly to my workplace, which was incredibly convenient and saved me so much time.
I saw a used Jeep online and reached out via internet sales to the representative, Indiana. She was great and set up a time to see the car. At the dealership the salesperson, Dylan, was so helpful and knowledgeable. Bought the car that day. They did a great job detailing and picked it up the next day. Wonderful and smooth experience

Integrity. Honesty. Foundations necessary in building and maintaining trust. I commend David Ray for setting the tone and living those values. I recently purchased a gently used truck and one week later the AC was not working. Closer examination revealed a condenser leak. Rather than tell me it wasn’t covered (no warranty) David decided the issue might have been present prior to my purchase. And he went a step further by ordering the repair and charging me exactly ZERO. Class move earning my respect. Sawyer Munsch was a pleasure to work with. I even had to go back to retrieve something from my trade-in and they were helpful with resolving that as well. Brandon explained everything on my new vehicle in a manner I could explain and I was up and going quickly with all the features.

AJ is the best sales guy ever i met when i buy car. I had problems with my financing, however, Juan and AJ was trying their best to accomplish my demand. I'm fully satisfied until now.
