Big Blue Crawfish
Crawfish is a staple of Cajun cuisine in parts of Louisiana, and the owners of Big Blue Crawfish want to expand the reach of these tasty crustaceans into Alabama. Although crawfish and other seafood offerings form the heart of the restaurant’s menu, you can also order other Cajun classics that can be hard to find outside of Louisiana.
