From start to finish my experience with Hyundai of Auburn was top tier. I called and told Nancy Barron that I was in another state and wanted to surprise my daughter with a new car. She made the experience pleasant, easy and completely seamless. After catching a flight and driving 2 hours to pick up the car. Hyundai of Auburn serviced my vehicle after and engine failure. I first took my vehicle to Hyundai here in Montgomery. Completely up front on the price and it was the best we could find within a 2 hour drive (we live just south of Atlanta), no surprises at the signing, no high pressure addons either. Great customer service and will get straight to the point in person or over the phone. Called them on the phone and less than 20 minutes had everything in order. I live in savannah and had the car shipped. Here is my money and they did the loan paperwork I personally made an excel document and called over 25 dealerships and they all added/Forces bogus charges. For example; Free nitrogen for life ($200), Free key replacement for life (1K fee), window tint fee ($800), Market adjustment (1-8K) and the list goes on.
